Government sends condolences to those affected by Cyclone Phailin

The Government of Spain sends its sincerest condolences to the people and public authorities of India on the effects of the severe rainfall following Cyclone Phailin, which has resulted in many deaths and thousands of people being evacuated in the districts of Mayurbhanj and Balasore, to the east of the country.
