Fresh from their double victories in last week’s round of the Spanish Supermoto championship at Villena, Alicante, the Ford-Dunn brothers continued their winning streak with 4 race wins over the weekend at the Catalan Championships in Lleida.
The racing brothers, Anthony and Mat Ford-Dunn now face their toughest challenge, with the final race of the season deciding the Spanish championship honours at Albaida, near Alcoy this Sunday 3rd November.
Racing starts at 10.00 on Sunday 3rd November and the circuit can be found by taking the A7 inland from Alicante, passing Alcoy and then exiting the A7 at Albaida and following the signposts through and out the other side of the town to the circuito de albaida. The Supermotoland race team and their sponsors Advance moves international removals and Stratton Motorsports will be in the race paddock to welcome anyone attending the days racing that is bound to be full of action, as Mat fights for the SM Master 35 Spanish championship title and younger brother Anthony attempts to round his year off with another top step of the podium in the SM open class.
The albaida circuit has spectacular viewing facilities with grandstands overlooking the action and one of the biggest supermoto jumps on the racing calendar. With a circuit bar and restaurant on hand a good days entertainment is guaranteed.
