Authorisation for signing of agreement on adoptions with the Russian Federation

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Co-operation considers that the authorisation for the signing of an agreement on adoptions with Russia approved on Friday represents a very satisfactory step forward after months of intense negotiations. From the very start, Spain has worked in coordination with the Russian authorities and has fostered all the work necessary to result in the signing and entry into force of the agreement as soon as possible.
