Flavours and taste of Spain came alive in Chandigarh. From the decor to the interiors, Spanish was the way to look and behold at a Christmas party held recently.
Well, that was not where the European connection ended. Famous delicacies matched the theme, with guests relishing Spanish fare. Music too flowed till late in the night making the event peppy.
The band, Triculine The Ista, got everyone on the floor, singing their original Sufi songs, adding a dash of local tadka to the feast. With a motley gathering, the swell bash created quite a stir with its unique theme. The chef, Manav Suri, churned out great dishes, including paella, which made for a nice combination with authentic red wine. Also, some Lebanese and Greek delicacies were served, cooked and done as per Christmas traditions.
We spotted Pavit Pahwa, Preet Grewal along with Nitin Trehan, Manish Bansal hobnobbing. The party went on till late with Pavit talking about the New Year bash to be held here.
