Mariano Rajoy announces 100-euro flat rate for permanent contracts for new workers

25/02/2014. This reduction will remain in force for the next 24 months and companies must have the worker registered for a period of at 3 years to receive the entitlement. The measure comes into force on 25 February. The President of the Government announced a comprehensive reform of the training model under the principles of transparency and free competition which will be subject to an ongoing evaluation of the results.
