Man With A Gun

The two month hunting season started on Monday with 500 areas across the Valencia region available for the 40 thousand licensed shooters to enjoy their pastime in. There are 168 hunting clubs in Alicante Province with over nine thousand licensed hunters.

The President of the Valencia Hunting Federation, Vicente Segui, told the Informacion newspaper that, “the hunters perform important environmental work that is unnoticed and unappreciated. It was a well-managed hobby that helps to keep pests down that destroy crops”.
