It’s Carnival Time!

The first of the two Torrevieja Carnival parades will be staged this Sunday afternoon (February 19th), starting at 4.00 pm from the Plaza de María Asunción. The procession will wind through Calle Ramón Gallud and Calle Patricio Pérez. Thirty-seven floats with 1,500 participants were involved in last year’s Sunday parade.

The night parade is a more informal affair and will be held on Saturday February 25th, also beginning at the same start point at 10.00 pm.
