The Guardia Civil is warning consumers never to let anybody check the details of your electricity bill, as this can reveal details of your contract that allows for the fraudulent contracting of services.
This is one of the latest wave of warnings being distributed throughout their social network sites as they try to offer protection to consumers.
Their Tweet has been met with countless responses, many commenting how known and reputable companies have been targeting individuals in the hope of transferring their supply account to them.
