The streets around the Orihuela Costa are getting an extra cleaning push, ahead of the big influx of Easter tourists, according to Orihuela council’s cleaning councillor, Dámaso Aparicio.
At an on-site inspection on Monday, Aparicio claimed that extra equipment had been brought in to make sure that litter was being cleared, and he also appealed to local residents to help by keeping the area clean.
