The incident occurred at around 08:00 on Saturday morning when the 25-year old fell from the balcony of the building located on Avenida de Almería, being killed instantly.
The councillor for security in the town, Lorenzo Martínez, confirmed the death and that the investigation is being carried out by the National Police.
