The regional secretary for Tourism, Francesc Colomer, presented this Friday the Turisme Comunitat Valenciana budget for 2022 for the province of Alicante. An amount that amounts to 6,845,170 euro, and that represents an increase of 130% compared to 2020, whose amount was 2,960,000 euro.
Colomer stressed that “Alicante is a province that plays a fundamental role in structuring and positioning tourism”. Hence, the significant increase in the budget that Turisme will dedicate in 2022.
The regional secretary of Turisme has made this announcement, after signing the collaboration agreement with the president of the Alicante Tourist Board, Mari Carmen Sánchez, to promote between both entities promotional and marketing actions tourist in the municipality.
