The number of people hospitalised for coronavirus in Spain has grown by 17.8% during the last week, with significant increases in all the autonomous communities, except the Balearic Islands. There has also been a 13.1% rise in Covid-19 patients in intensive care and the Ministry of Health has reported 619 new deaths from the pandemic since last Friday.
Specifically, Health reported this Friday of 12,080 people currently hospitalised in Spain, 1,831 more than the previous Friday, on July 1, when 10,249 hospitalised patients were reported. Meanwhile, this Friday, July 8, there are 508 people in the ICU, 59 more people than last Friday.

ANDALUSIA
