A pre-trial hearing will be held today in Mallorca against a woman accused of offering money to a girl she convinced to take photos and videos of sexual content and upload them to a social network.
Specifically, the woman is accused of offering part of the benefits obtained with it.
The pre-trial hearing will take place in the Second Section of the Provincial Court and the Prosecutor’s Office requests nine years in prison.
The facts date back to the beginning of the year 2021 when, according to the indictment, the woman convinced the minor, an acquaintance of her family, to take photos and videos of sexual content, in her underwear or partaking in personal sexual acts, and to upload the footage to a network where consumers pay to access such material.
On some occasions, the defendant also participated in the images.
In addition to the prison sentence, the Public Ministry requests a restraining order of 15 years and probation for 10 years.
