The Second Section of the Provincial Court of Ciudad Real will begin to hear evidence from today, Tuesday, against a man, identified with the initials JADF, accused of a crime of continued sexual abuse in Valdepeñas.
According to the indictment, the events occurred on November 21, 2018 when the minor, born in 2004, was on her way to her home. The defendant addressed her with the intention of sexually abusing the minor, a fact that would be repeated that same year.
Previously, and for some two years before, the defendant had already abused the girl when she passed near the defendant’s home, even offering her money to perform a sex act. Thus, JADF tried to be attentive when the minor passed by and went towards her.
The reiteration of these acts determined that the minor tried to avoid passing through the vicinity of the defendant’s house and ensuring that there were people on the street on the way back to her house.
On November 26, 2018, the mother of the minor reported the facts and the Investigating Court number 2 of Valdepeñas agreed to prohibit the defendant from approaching the minor at a distance of less than 100 metres, at her home, or any other place frequented by her, as well as to communicate by any means and the prohibition of possession and carrying of weapons.
For these facts, the Prosecutor’s Office requests 5 years in prison for a continued crime of sexual abuse of a minor under 16 years of age. They also ask for the probation measure for 7 years and the prohibition of approaching or communicating with her.
Likewise, they request the special disqualification for the exercise of the profession with minors for a period of 8 years and compensation to the victim with 12,000 euro for moral damages suffered.
