The Spanish water reserve is at 48.9 percent of its total capacity. The reservoirs currently store 27,417 cubic hectometres (hm³) of water, which has decreased in the last week by 406 cubic hectometres (0.7 percent of the current total capacity of the reservoirs).
The reservation by areas is as follows:
- Cantábrico Oriental se encuentra 80,8%
- Cantábrico Occidental 82,2%
- Miño-Sil 74,9%
- Galicia Costa 84,5%
- Cuencas internas del País Vasco 76,2%
- Duero 67,2%
- Tajo 60,0%
- Guadiana 32,9%
- Tinto, Odiel y Piedras 67,7%
- Guadalete-Barbate 26,8%
- Guadalquivir 24,4%
- Cuenca Mediterránea Andaluza 35,2%
- Segura 33,9%
- Júcar 59,5%
- Ebro 51,2%
- Cuencas internas de Cataluña 25,6%
Rainfall has affected the Atlantic slope and has been scarce on the Mediterranean slope. The maximum has been produced in Vigo (A) with 44.6 mm (44.6 l/m²).
