The Court in Alicante begins to hear evidence from today, Tuesday, in a case where a 10-year-old girl was sexually abused.
The Prosecutor’s Office is requesting 25 years in prison for the defendant for two crimes of sexual abuse, one of them continued abuse, and another of sexual assault, maintaining in the evidence that the abuses occurred from 2015 to 2017.
The accused went to the victim’s home. He took advantage of the friendship he had with the girl’s mother, and, according to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, waited for the mother to leave to subject the minor to touching and other sexual practices.
The man, the Prosecutor specifies, did not stop abusing and assaulting the girl until she, in December 2017, threatened to tell her mother everything.
