Used to political visitors though they might be, with Sueña Torrevieja making the point to celebrate Christmas with the group dedicated to the integration of people with special needs, the AMFA association in Torrevieja got the green treatment this week, with a visit from the Los Verdes party, bidding for their place in the town hall in the elections next week.
The representatives from Los Verdes have been able to see first-hand the importance of their work in society, since, thanks to their work, they not only improve the quality of life of this vulnerable group, but also that of their families.
The greens consider it essential to give visibility and means to these associations, so that they can continue working to achieve the integration of the group in society, as well as greater autonomy.
During the meeting, there was an exchange of ideas, and a platform for needs to be expressed, to which Los Verdes stated that helping these associations as much as possible is one of their objectives, since they consider this activity one of the pillars of an advanced and just society.
