The Seventh Section of the Provincial Court of Elche will begin to hear evidence from today, Monday, against a man and a woman, the victim´s mother, accused of continuously sexually assaulting her daughter, a minor.
The Prosecutor’s Office requests a 15-year prison sentence for the defendant for a continued crime of sexual assault on a minor and for the second defendant, 13 years in prison for the same crime.
According to the account of the Public Ministry, the events occurred between the months of February and March 2020, when the minor was 10 years old and, according to the public prosecution, the defendant took her to a house in Elche, where she forced her to undress in the presence of the man.
This person, according to the same sources, “touched the minor in her private parts and subjected her to different sexual practices.” “Sometimes, the mother held the minor tightly and the defendant beat her to achieve her goals,” adds the summary of the events included in the calendar of accusations.
