The Fourth Section of the Provincial Court of Valencia will hear evidence from today, Tuesday, against two men who are facing a request for a sentence of between 3 and 5 years for the crime of robbery with force and for assaulting and robbing two people who were sitting on a terrace in Valencia.
The assault occurred around 1:30 a.m. on September 27, 2022 when the defendants approached the victims and demanded that they give them their mobile phones and personal belongings.
The Prosecutor’s Office reports that the two victims resisted and got up from their chairs to prevent them from taking anything, while the defendants attacked them until they fell to the ground and hit them with a wooden stick.
