The Third Section of the Provincial Court of Valencia will hear evidence from today, Friday, against the owner of an establishment for the purchase and sale of used vehicles, along with 28 other people, accused of defrauding a credit institution with which the main defendant had an agreement to finance the cars he sold.
According to the public prosecution, in 2019 and 2020, the man requested financing for the alleged buyers, also accused in this procedure, with whom he agreed to share the money received from the credit that, after paying the first instalments, stopped paying.
The Prosecutor’s Office requests a four-year prison sentence for the main defendant as the perpetrator of the continued crimes of falsification of commercial documents and fraud; and for the rest of the defendants, he requests two years in prison as necessary collaborators and accomplices of the same crimes.
