Sexual assault crime to be heard in court

Section 2 of the Pontevedra Court will judge this Tuesday at 10 a.m. a man accused of a crime of sexual assault with penetration.

The case comes from the Investigative Court No. 2 of Cambados.

The Prosecutor’s Office requests eight years in prison, as well as another 10 years of supervised release after serving the sentence. Also, the prohibition of communicating with the victim or approaching her within 150 metres for 18 years.

According to the qualification document, the events occurred in December 2018 at the defendant’s home.
