Normal joins Nueva Condomina’s commercial mix

The Danish retailer has opted for the Nueva Condomina shopping centre, located near to the Ikea store, to open its first outlet in the Region of Murcia.

The Danish retailer’s new store, which occupies a space of 500 square metres on a single floor, offers a variety of products in categories such as hair care, skin care, household items, cosmetics, stationery and beverages.

One of the most popular offers during the opening week was The Pink Stuff, a cleaning product made famous through social media, specifically TikTok, for sale at less than half price compared to the offers online on Amazon in Spain.

This opening in Murcia follows the brand’s strategy of locating its stores in relevant shopping centres, such as its first store in Spain located in the La Gavia shopping centre in Madrid, also owned by Klépierre.

In addition to Normal, the Nueva Condomina shopping centre has recently experienced the reopening of the international fashion store New Yorker, after a renovation process. The store, now relocated within the shopping centre, has a space of 1,684 square metres, becoming the largest New Yorker store in Spain.

Over the past few months, Nueva Condomina has seen a series of expansions and renovations, including stores such as Bershka, Foot Locker, Bob Hair, CelopMan, Claire’s, Cobalto and Opticalia, totalling 2,067 square metres renovated since July.

Óscar Pastor García, director of Nueva Condomina, commented: ” We are very happy that a brand like Normal has chosen Nueva Condomina to open its first store in the Region of Murcia. With the arrival of this brand to our shopping centre we are sure of that both our regular visitors and new customers will find even more reasons to enjoy Nueva Condomina.”

Normal joins other prominent brands in Nueva Condomina, such as Intimissimi Uomo, Deichmann, Tezenis, Cortefiel, Mango, H&M, Massimo Dutti, Primark, Pull&Bear, Primor, Kiko Milano, and restaurant brands such as Grosso Napoletano, Gagawa, La Tagliatella, Ginos, Vipsmart, McDonald’s, Burger King, TGB and Tommy Mel’s.
