The Court of Seville has the trial scheduled for today against two men accused of alleged crimes of injury, as a result of the mutual aggression they allegedly carried out while working as waiters at the popular April Fair event.
According to the Prosecutor’s Office, at around 2:00 a.m. on May 6, 2022, in the Los Intocables booth at the Seville Fair, the accused Francisco Javier MP and José María LM, both waiters at the establishment, got into “a strong discussion.”
In this context, the Prosecutor’s Office points out that José María LM supposedly pushed the other waiter and his girlfriend, who had “come to his aid”, causing him to fall to the ground and then hitting him “in the face.”
Francisco Javier MP, on his side according to the indictment of the Public Ministry, “took a pair of scissors and approached José María from behind, stabbing them” into said part of his body.
Thus, the Prosecutor’s Office accuses José María LM of an alleged crime of injuries and another additional crime of minor injuries, demanding two years in prison and a fine for him; while attributing to Francisco Javier MP a crime of injuries with a dangerous instrument, requesting five years in prison for him.
