The related departments of the Spanish Government have launched a new mobile application, ‘Catastro_app’, which allows you to collect and personalise on each mobile device, for personal use only, information on all your urban and rural properties, and you can add photographs, sketches or annotations.
Access to said APP, available for download on Android and IOS devices, requires prior identification through the various established systems such as Cl@ve PIN, permanent Cl@ve, electronic certificate or, if you do not have an electronic credential, it is Identification is possible by entering the DNI or NIE and the cadastral reference of the property of which you are the owner, or, request registration in cl@ve.
It allows you to instantly know the cadastral alterations that may affect the properties of which you are the cadastral owner. The mobile application will notify you if any cadastral procedure that affects your property is being processed, so that you can provide the requested information, make allegations or download pending notifications.
GPS location
The application allows you to locate the plots on your mobile device and place them on the territory through their geolocation and save additional information such as photographs, sketches, annotations, and has a tool that allows you to draw the plots. This information can be downloaded in PDF files on the mobile device and will be for personal use only.
Property visualisation
‘Catastro_app’ gives the opportunity to see aggregated properties from your mobile. In this way you can instantly access their cadastral description and view them on detailed interactive maps.
Land value
Finally, you can consult the value of the land of the most representative uses in each area. Thus, by selecting “See land value” on the map and then, at any point on the map, the application will show the average value modules (in euro per hectare) of the representative rural real estate products of the selected place defined by the General Directorate of the Cadastre.
In short, the General Directorate of Cadastre takes another step in its digital deployment through this new agile and easily accessible tool and in its commitment to bringing cadastral products and services closer to citizens.
All of this in line with the App Factory measure of the Public Administration Digitalisation Plan, whose objective is to promote the development of quality mobile services for the main public services.
