All eyes will be on the UK today

In Spain on Thursday, we will have figures on regular population and house prices published.

All eyes might be on the UK however as the Bank of England Rates Meeting will take place, where current interest rates are expected to remain at 5.25%.

There will also be two additional key focus areas from the UK as NHS key services and cancelled operations data is published, along with statistics on deaths associated with hospitalisation in England.

The other key report which will perhaps be hidden by the previous is MPs’ expenses data, revealing just exactly what they are all claiming for.

HMICFRS will also publish their annual report on the state of fire and rescue.

Business wise, we will see results from Panasonic, Nissan, and ITV.
