The Guardia Civil has arrested a man for a crime of gender violence after he attacked and insulted his partner while she was making a live video on a well-known social network.
The victim was at her home in Valladolid and the detainee broke into the room where she was broadcasting herself and began to attack her. A fact that caused a wave of indignation among users who witnessed the events and who brought it to the attention of the Guardia Civil.
The agents acted quickly and identified the perpetrator to locate his whereabouts and arrest him for an alleged crime of gender violence. The victim, who was with him at the time, did not want to file a complaint, so the Guardia Civil acted ex officio.
The detainee was placed at the disposal of the Medina del Campo Court.
