Preparing for a summer road trip involves more than packing your luggage. Spending a few minutes checking your documents and emergency equipment before you leave can help avoid unnecessary delays and make your journey safer.
Start by making sure you have your valid driving licence with you and, if required, any prescription glasses you wear for driving. If you’re taking medication, check that it won’t affect your ability to drive.
