Perhaps overshadowed by the news of a future King being born in the UK, but Spanish actress Penélope Cruz has reportedly given birth to a baby girl, in the Ruber Internacional clinic in Madrid.
However, hospital staff are currently staying tight lipped, with hoards of Spanish press camped at the hospital doors, waiting for the official announcement.
No doubt the timing of that announcement of the birth of their second child will be crucial for Spain´s most internationally known celebrity couple, with Cruz and husband Javier Bardem featuring top of many lists of favourites.
