On Yer Bike – Cycle Schedule Announced

The International Cycling Union, Unión Ciclista Internacional, has announced the next season of cycling events, including one of the biggest events of the year, La Vuelta.

The cycling tour of Spain, La Vuelta, will start in Torrevieja. Giro d’Italia will take place between May 11 and 2^nd of June, later than previous years. The World Championships, the now famous ‘Tour de Yorkshire’ will take place in Britain between September 21 and 29^th.

As for the slightly smaller events, the Clásica de San Sebastián, which this year premieres a women’s event, starts on August 3, and the Volta a Catalunya will take place from March 25 to 31^st, 2019. The ‘Itzulia Basque Country’ is scheduled to take place between April 8 and 13^th, 2019.
