The Third Section of the Provincial Court of Valencia will begin to hear evidence from today, Monday, against a health worker from an ambulance company located in the town of Aldaya, accused of subjecting a co-worker to sexual assault whilst they were on duty.
According to sources from the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community (TSJCV), the events occurred on September 8, 2020, when the accused proposed to the victim, who complained of neck pain, he gives her a massage to relax her.
According to the account offered by the public prosecutor, the woman lay face down on the stretcher and the man took advantage of this circumstance to kiss her and touch her in intimate areas, despite the fact that the victim told him to stop at all times.
The next day, when they met in the rest room, the defendant repeated the touching, until the victim asked a friend to call her, so they spent the whole hour talking. The public prosecution provisionally requests a sentence of seven years in prison for a continued crime of sexual abuse.
