The trial begins against an Albacete property registrar accused of workplace harassment by six workers. At the request of the defence, the accused will testify last, when all the evidence has been laid out.
The first of the workers who testified before the court confirms the insults he received, as well as shouting or questioning his professional capacity. He has also detailed “hitting on the table, bad gestures and even the opening of files”, a situation that caused him anxiety for which he had to be on medical leave on several occasions.
The Prosecutor’s Office accuses the registrar of six crimes against moral integrity in the form of workplace harassment “moobing”, in addition to six crimes of psychological injuries.
In total, he requests 12 years in prison for the accused.
