The Court of Valencia will judge two men this Thursday, accused of attacking a third party while shouting homophobic and threatening expressions at the victim in Valencia, before attacking him.
The Prosecutor’s Office requests four years in prison for them for a hate crime and another of injuries.
According to the public accusation, the events occurred in the early hours of March 4 on a street in Valencia. The defendants approached the injured party and asked him to give them part of what he was eating.
Faced with his refusal, the defendants allegedly began to punch and kick him, while insulting him with the intention of undermining his dignity. The victim lost a tooth as a result of the blows, among other injuries.
The oral hearing is scheduled in the Fourth Section of the Provincial Court of Valencia.
