A Charity Bazaar was held at The Red Seas Cafe La Zenia Village in memory of the late David Bennett, organised by his partner Mikki and friends, Chrissie, Joe owners of Red Seas Cafe, Steve and Anne of Pretty Neat Cards. Everyone enjoyed a true Spanish Experience provided by the Al Andaluz Flamenco Dancers, Andreas and a Fashion Show of new and almost new clothes donated to the charity.

The Red Seas Cafe offered curry or chilli with rice and cava for everyone who donated €5 to the charity funds, this alone raised €300. The raffle raised €320 plus €100 from the sale of clothes and donations in a bucket collection.

In total, the event raised a staggering €751.75 in aid of Help At Home Costa Blanca, the charity who offer a little FREE help at home to those in need in their own homes of all ages and nationalities. We also offer respite to those with long term conditions, ie Alzheimers, Dementia, Parkinson’s, Huntingdon’s and Motor Neurone Disease.
