On Friday, 8th November at 9pm UK time on ITV, Priscilla Presley reveals insights into her relationship with Elvis Presley as part of a 90-minute ITV special, The Nation’s Favourite Elvis Song.

This programme tells the story behind the 20 greatest songs ever recorded by Elvis Presley, the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll.

Priscilla Presley, Elvis’s ex-wife and mother to their daughter Lisa Marie Presley, is featured exclusively in the documentary, giving a rare interview about the King and his music.

Referring to Elvis’s live performance of Are You Lonesome Tonight, Priscilla says: “I went right to the first time I sat in the theatre looking up at him singing it and I thought ‘I can’t believe this person who I never thought I’d meet is singing this song to me’.”

“I’m really a little bit shy about sharing some of those moments that I had with him. There’s a part of me that savours things that were just him and myself.”
