Free Talk about the Floor Clause – You could be entitled to thousands in refunds
On Friday the 10th March, at 12.00, the San Miguel Councillor, Maria Jose Costa Medrano, will be hosting an informative talk about the “Floor Clause” at the Las Filipinas Social Centre.
Listen to this articleThe talk has been arranged by San Miguel town hall to try to help clear up some of the confusion caused by the legislation which can financially benefit those affected.
The free talk is open to all residents and may well be of huge benefit to those who could be able to claim back thousands after the European Court ordered banks to hand back money to clients, with total pay outs set to run into billions from their “unfair” mortgage floor clauses.
