Child in court for stabbing classmate with scissors
A child under the age of 15 will appear in the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office today, Monday, accused of attacking a 13-year-old with a pair of scissors in a class at the IES Jorge Juan de San Fernando in Cádiz on Friday.
The victim’s family denounced the attack at the police station, and so the National Police is investigating the facts, the report being that the assailant stuck the scissors into the victim’s thigh.
The injuries suffered by the victim are not serious and he is out of danger.
In conjunction with the hearing, a protest is also planned for Monday at the gates of the institute in protest against the aggression.
