It never ceases to amaze us, how much people are willing to help us support members of the Armed Forces.

This past year has not been easy for any of us, with the challenging financial situation, the storm damage and now Christmas always an expensive time of year, you have still put your hands in your pockets for our Poppy Appeal.

Whether by supporting the various competitions raffles and games throughout the year, the annual Poppy Appeal itself or our Christmas Fayre, local people have been very generous, so much so that this year our branch is very proud to announce that we are able to donate nearly € 3500 directly to the Poppy Appeal for 2012. The money raised here in Spain is used to help ex-members of the armed forces and their families.

We also want to thank all the papers, magazines and radio stations who have continued to give us free advertising and to print or announce our news throughout 2012.
