Following five months of intensive investigations, the Guardia Civil arrested the alleged driver of a hit and run incident which left a British man fighting for his life, later to die in hospital.
The incident dates back to February the 27th, when a car struck the pedestrian on Calle Rodrigo in the la Siesta urbanisation.
The owner of the car allegedly tried to cover their tracks, even pretending to sell the car.
The Guardia Civil took over the investigation from the local police and have now arrested a 28 year old Spanish woman, with no driving license, accused of dangerous driving and negligent homicide.
