A 39 year old motorcyclist died on Monday following a head-on crash with a passenger car on the N-332 near Pilar de la Horadada.

According to reports from the Guardia the Civil and the Emergency Information Centre, the accident occurred at around 09:30 at kilometre 41.3.
A Samu ambulance attended but could only confirm the death of the Spanish rider. The driver of the car was not physically injured.
An investigation is now being carried out.
