On the 22nd of February Martha Wever, a Dutch writer, presented her book ‘ Saartje Vertelt’ in the Clubhouse at the Golf Restaurant Campoamor.
There was a delegation from the town hall. Martina Scheurer, the councillor of for the Coast and Heike Schug, the coordinator for foreign residents, both attended.
Martina Scheurer said that the book told a story about the Orihuela Costa in a very special and original way as the cat Saartje tells her story about how she experienced the cardrive from Holland to Spain as she also mailed the stories weekly to a young 9 year old girl , named Puk.
This book will be translated into English and Spanish by November this year.
