Swimming pool child sexual abuse trial starts today
The First Section of the Alicante Provincial Court will judge a man from today accused of two crimes of sexual abuse of a minor that occurred in the municipal swimming pool in a town in the Marina Alta.
The man is accused of touching the minor, who was 14 years old at the time of the events, and now faces 6 years in prison.
The alleged abuses occurred, according to the public accusation, on July 3 and 12, 2021, when the defendant and victim were bathing and he approached her, who was on her back, and subjected her to groping.
